Cooking Instructions 

Open Pot - Gentle Boil
Soak 1 cup (200g) rice in water for 15-20 minutes and then drain out the water properly.
Boil 6-8 cups of water and add soaked rice. Cook uncovered for 10 minutes on medium heat and stir occasionally. 
Remove from heat and drain out the water properly. Fluff and Serve. 

Covered Pot - Absorption
Soak 1 cup (200g) rice in water for 15-20 minutes and then drain out the water properly. 
Combine soaked rice and add 2 cups of water. Bring to boil and stir occasionally. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
Remove from heat, dont uncover the rice for at least 5 minutes. Fluff and Serve.
